A: Park Avenue Suites as a hospitality company offers a better living experience than a hotel, combining the pleasures of the Manhattan Luxury living experience with the services of a hotel. Live in a Residential building with your own kitchen and enjoy additional services that cannot be provided by a hotel.
Q: What amenities can I expect?
A: All of our apartments provide the amenities and services that one would expect in a home. They are all furnished with high end modern Italian furniture, linens and towels, kitchenware, Televisions, and internet access.
Q: Who uses Park Avenue Suites?
A: We accommodate all types of clients, whether they are on vacation for a few days, or are here a few months for business.
Q: Where are your apartments located?
A: Our apartments are located in almost every neighborhood in Manhattan. Depending on the location you want, we will likely be able to accommodate you.
Q: What is the difference between a furnished apt and a hotel?
A: Hotels generally give you extremely small rooms, where you can expect no more than a bed and a bathroom. Park Avenue suites offer you private residences in residential buildings. You can cook your own meals and stock your own fridge. Whether it is long day of tours and museums or working, a Park Avenue Suite will always provide a more relaxing experience.
Q: What are the cost savings in Park Avenue Suites vs. a hotel?
A: Generally hotels are 40% to 50% more expensive than one of our suites and will only offer you a fraction of the space. In addition, hotels will charge nearly twice as much for food you can have at your apartment ready for you. You can have company over and hold meetings, with ample space to accommodate your guests. Hotels also have many additional taxes and rates which are significantly higher than that of a Park Avenue Suite.
Q: Do you have housekeeping or cleaning services?
A: All of our buildings come with laundry machines or laundry services. We provide bi-weekly housekeeping at the customer’s request free of charge. For additional housekeeping, the cost is usually between $50 and $80 dollars per cleaning.
Q:What is your check in check out policy?
A:Generally, check in is after 3 PM and check out is around 12 PM. If you need to make special arrangements, contact us and we should be able to accommodate you.
Q: What utilities/services are included in the apartment?
A: All of our apartments provide hot water, heat, electricity, Internet, Local Phone, and cable services.
Q: What is your payment/refund policy?
A: We accept major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers. Though we will generally not allow payments in cash, we can do this in unique situations when reservations are last minute. For first time clients we generally require the entire payment before your arrival. If you cancel less than 3 weeks before, we must charge you in an amount equal to one third of your stay.
