Park Avenue Suites was originally strictly for corporate tenants. Our designs and service levels were all tailored for sophisticated corporate travelers. Our apartments all have prestigious finishes, suitable for executives at all levels.
Corporate monthly services represent the largest portion of our business. Our experience in handling such tenants is unrivaled, providing us the ability to conceptualize and develop a service specifically tailored to the executive traveler. We have a large inventory of corporate executive apartments and are able to handle as many as 30 executives in a single building. Our locations are near major corporate headquarters. |

We also provide special services to our larger corporate clients, including their own database that allows them to access our availabilities from any of their corporate offices worldwide, and in some cases, the ability to book the apartments without confirmin with us first. We take pride in our executive housing division and look forward to doing business with your corporation. |
