Apparently, many of our prospective guests have had bad experiences in the past or have known someone that has had bad experiences. It is true that many companies will mislead or misrepresent their units. To put your mind to ease, here are some frequently asked questions about the apartments. |
Q: | Is the apartment above ground or in the basement?
| A: | All of our apartments are above ground, starting at least on the second floor. For your reference, most apartments that are located in basements are illegal and do not adhere to New York City Safety Codes, so beware should you choose an apartment such as this. | Q: | Do we have our own bathroom or must we share one with others on the floor?
| A: | We provide personal residences, meaning everything in the apartment is yours only and yours to use. Our two bedroom units even have two bathrooms. | Q: | Will you provide us with towels and sheets for the beds?
| A: | We wonder who wouldn't. All apartments are furnished complete with full linen sets and back up linen sets. You will have more than one towel each, with more available upon request, though we generally are not asked as we provide ample amounts. | Q: | Do your units have heating and air conditioning?
| A: | All of our units have top of the line "ICE CAP" heating and air conditioning systems. You can control exactly how hot or cold you would like the apartment. | Q: | Are your kitchens empty or are there utensils and dishes?
| A: | All of our kitchens are fully equipped with cutlery, plates, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, coffee makers, and blenders. Each apartmetn has a full sized refrigerator and a functioning microwave, stove and oven.
| Q: | Is high speed internet included in your price?
| A: | Absolutely, you will not be charged additional for internet usage in the apartment. |
